JOY TO THE WORLD – PARTS 1 TO 6
Heb 12:2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
THE JOY OF THE LORD
Joh 17:13 And now come I to thee; and these things I speak in the world, that they might have my joy fulfilled in themselves.
Part 4 of 6 Joy – Conversion & Regeneration
Rom 8:5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.
Rom 8:6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
Before the Conversion of Unbelievers, they have Carnal Minds that are under the influence of the Power of Darkness and they can not perceive or realize the Carnal Delusion they are under through the Carnal Deception of the Adversary of Man, the “god of this World”, the devil who blinds the Minds of the unbelieving and deceives them. But CHRIST, who is the Image of GOD, shines into their Hearts and those who respond to the Call of GOD receives the Light of the Knowledge of CHRIST and they are Converted.
2Co 4:4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.
2Co 4:6 For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

Truth can only be perceived Spiritually through Spiritual Discernment but the Unbeliever has a Carnal Mind which is Enmity against GOD and is Controlled by the god of this World through Blindness and the Carnal Entanglements which are the Lust of the Eyes, Lust of the Flesh and the Pride of Life. The Unbeliever (Sinner/Everyone of Adam’s Seed) is Born into the World in the State of Unbelief and Remains in that State until they have undergone Conversion and Regeneration.
1Co 2:14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
Rom 8:7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.
After Conversion & Regeneration
Jas 4:4 Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.
After Conversion and Regeneration, the Believer no longer has a Carnal Nature or Carnal Mind with enmity (deep rooted hatred or hostility) against GOD and all that is Holy including the Law which is Spiritual. The Believer partakes of the Divine Nature of CHRIST, the HOLY GHOST/SPIRIT being the conduit and the Believer’s Mind is Converted from Carnal to Spiritual; to the Mind of CHRIST.
Php 2:5 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:
Rom 7:14 For we know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold under sin.
Spiritual Regeneration | Born Again
Tit 3:5 Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;
Regeneration is the renewing of the Heart by a change of Spiritual Affections through the Indwelling of the HOLY GHOST/SPIRIT; it changes the Heart and Affections from Natural enmity to the Spiritual Love of GOD; The Unbeliever is Born Again and undergoes a Spiritual renovation in the Heart and Mind; changing the Individual from a Natural state to a Spiritual state and into a Believer of GOD; A Child of GOD and one of HIS People. They have a New Spiritual Mind and a New Spiritual Heart.
Cleansing The Temple
The HOLY GHOST/SPIRIT Spiritually Cleanses the Temple (the Heart &
Mind of a Believer) and Effects the Heart and Mind to implant Holy Affections (Love & Obedience) in the Heart & Mind, removing the Enmity against GOD and Blesses the Believer with “Spiritual Gifts” and “Spiritual Fruit”, Enabling them with Spiritual Power, Ability, the Divine Nature and Spiritual Light to Discern Spiritual Truth; the Grace to be Able to Obey GOD’S Will; to Receive Spiritual Guidance from GOD; and to have the Peace, Love and Joy of CHRIST.
Joh 15:11 These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full.
Eph 5:8 For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light:
The Disciple/Believer
Joh 16:24 Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full.
Believers receive Joy through the SPIRIT of CHRIST when they are Born Again through the >> HOLY GHOST/SPIRIT <<. In this Way they Partake of CHRIST’S Divine Nature and all of the Promises of the Bible (beginning with the Promise of the HOLY GHOST/SPIRIT), which belong to the Believer from the Book of Genesis to the Book of Revelation and they become the Children of Light.
2Pe 1:4 Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.
Joh 17:13 And now come I to thee; and these things I speak in the world,
that they might have my joy fulfilled in themselves.
Spiritual Gifts of the Spirit (See >> SPIRITUAL GIFTS <<)
Joy is a Fruit of the HOLY GHOST/SPIRIT. It is one of several Fruits of the SPIRIT and it is an Attribute of the Divine Nature of a Born Again Believer. The Fruits of the HOLY Spirit are:
Gal 5:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
Gal 5:23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

The Great Commission
Mat 28:19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
Once the Believer has undergone Spiritual Conversion and Regeneration and have sufficient “Training and Preparation”, through the HOLY GHOST/SPIRIT, they are compelled (by CHRIST) to teach others about the Carnal Deception and Delusion of Sin; the False Appearances of the World; and tell them of the Light of Truth, Liberty and Joy in CHRIST. They share the Truth with others that will help make them Free.
Joh 8:32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
Ministry of Believers
Act 20:24 But none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself, so that I might finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God.
After their Conversion, Believers attempt to heighten the Awareness of others to the danger and entrapments for the Souls of Man by telling them how they too may Achieve Liberty from the Carnal Deception and the Delusions of the World; how to have their Eyes and Minds opened; how to be released from the Power of Darkness and how to Achieve Reconciliation with GOD through the Atonement of CHRIST.
Rom 5:11 And not only so, but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the atonement.
Although it is the duty of all Believers to share the Gospel, there is a really important thing to remember; no one can Convert anyone except GOD. Not even CHRIST try to Convert anyone. HE was Obedient to HIS FATHER and Preached, Taught and Healed, and CHRIST Accepted the individuals GOD gave to HIM, the ones the FATHER Translated to HIS Kingdom after Drawing them by HIS Call.
Joh 6:37 All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.
Joh 6:39 And this is the Father’s will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day.
Joh 6:44 No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.
Their Eyes Were Opened – The Delusion
Gen 3:7 And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons.
Adam and Eve had their Eyes opened but they were opened to Evil, Bondage in Sin; Spiritual Darkness; Death; Suffering and a malefic Ruler who wanted nothing more than to destroy as many People as possible and made the attempt by corrupting the Progenitor of the Human Race.
Their Eyes Were Opened – Divinity
Act 26:18 To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.
Through CHRIST, Believers have their Eyes Opened to GOD’S Reality in Holiness and Truth and will Discern the Will of GOD. This is accomplished through the Knowledge of Divinity. (See the section on >> DIVINITY << in Part 6 in this Series.)
Believers will Know the Truth and have Exceeding Joy because of Spiritual Experiences and Spiritual Freedom in CHRIST. The Participation of the New Reality does not mean all Worldly Problems will disappear. Obtaining a Spiritual Nature does not mean that one is no longer Affected by the things that happen in the World. Everything stays the same in the World for Unbelievers but the Believer’s Eyes Are Opened and they are Spiritually Empowered to Perceive the Joyous Reality of GOD and Empowered to Follow HIS Will.
Joy, Trails,Tribulations & Problems
2Co 4:7 But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us.
2Co 4:8 We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair;
2Co 4:9 Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed;
Perception of Reality can be much like Magic or Conjuring which uses the Medium of Optic Illusion. Once a person “knows how” the illusion is cast, they can no longer be hoodwinked into Believing it. As long as a person can not Perceive the Possibility of the Action or Outcome (Ignorance), it Appears as Magic (Illusion). But, once a person has Perceived the Logical Progression of the Maneuvers (the Truth), Perceives the Suggestive Manipulation of the External Mediums used (Fabrication), the sleight of hand (Deceit) and the Suggestive Ideas, Assumptions and Thoughts Transmitted to the Mind, (Delusion or a Lie) it is difficult to deceive a person a second time and the Performance is no longer Perceived as Magic, regardless of how elaborate the display; it becomes a mere trick without the use of any “Power”.
The Truth and Liberty
2Co 4:6 For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.
Once a Believer’s Mind and Heart are Freed and once the Spiritual Light shines on their Heart and Mind they will Learn how to Overcome and Triumph over their Adversaries; Trials, Tribulations and Problems through the Spiritual Direction of GOD; through the Precious Promises of GOD; through the HOLY GHOST/SPIRIT and HIS Gifts that Empowers the Believer. GOD does not allow Temptations, Trials or burdens which are more than a Person can bear. There is always a way to escape, the ability to bear it and to be Triumphant in CHRIST.
1Co 10:13 There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.
2Co 2:14 Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place.
1Jn 4:9 In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.
